CNC Mill Programmer/Machine Operator
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A), the largest independent Turbine Repair organization in the U.S., is seeking First & Second Shift CNC Mill Programmer/Machine Operator at our Bearings, Seals and Hydraulics Division located in Euclid, Ohio.
This is a hands-on position with candidates having preferred experience:
- The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in the set-up, programming & operation of 4 and 5 axis CNC Mills.
- Candidate must be capable of performing complex machining applications on low quantity tight tolerance scenarios.
- Experience using Fanuc controllers is preferred, but not required.
- CNC programming with Mastercam is preferred, but not required.
- CAM experience is required.
- Must be a hands-on programmer who is capable of taking a job “cradle to grave” through programming and executing the machining processes.
- Must be capable of troubleshooting processes with little or no guidance.
- Must be able to read G&M Code.
- WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Unique manufacturing/machining environment that brings new challenges every day
- Clean, well-lit machining work environment
- Involves exposure to noise levels that may require hearing protection
- Preventative protection gear required (steel toed boots, glove, safety glasses)
- Uniforms are provided.
We are subject to seasonal work. Spring and Fall (outage season) is our busiest time of year. Expectations during this time is 48 hours including weekends. In Summer & Winter (non-outage season) we operate 4/10hr shifts Monday to Thursday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
